English Rose Productions is proud to announce the New York off-Broadway premiere of The Hunt for Treasure, a comedy that won five stars at the Toronto Fringe Festival.

(PRWEB) June 25, 2007 -- English Rose Productions (www.englishroseproductions.com) is proud to announce the New York off-Broadway premiere of The Hunt for Treasure, a comedy that won five stars at the Toronto Fringe Festival. The show opens on Tuesday June 26th 2007 and runs for 14 performances through July 8th 2007.

This hysterical new comedy is written by Adam Risbridger & Byron Laviolette and directed by Fritz Brekeller, from ABC's All My Children. The Hunt for Treasure stars Avery Pearson & John Calvin Kelly.

The Hunt for Treasure runs for just two weeks at the Abingdon Theatre in New York.


Opening Night of South African 'Lion King' Now Online

Last week Disneys The Lion King opened in South Africa at the new Montecasino Teatro in Johannesburg. Oprah Winfrey attended the star-studded event with 149 students from the girls academy she opened near Johannesburg earlier this year.

The South African premiere celebrates and kicks off the 10th Anniversary of the opening of The Lion King on Broadway, which will be celebrated Sunday, November 11. The South African production began previews on Tuesday, May 22.
