| Cleveland Orchestra at Blossom Music Center
The Cleveland Orchestra's 2007 Blossom Festival Season will run nine weekends, from July 3 through Sept. 2 at Blossom Music Center. In addition to the orchestra, the summer season will include performances by the Blossom Festival Band, the Canadian Brass, and the Blossom Festival Orchestra. Pavilion ticket prices range from $20 to $46. Lawn seating is $20 or $22. Lawn tickets ages 6 through 12 are half-price, and children 5 and younger are free on the lawn. Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more. Discount coupon books are available for both the lawn and pavilion. Patrons who purchase pavilion tickets 10 or more days in advance of the concert will receive a free pass for one of Blossom's paved parking lots. Gammage director shares her experience as a TONY voter
Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, 54, is executive director of Arizona State University's Gammage, which means she is responsible for bringing Broadway shows and other performances to the venue. She is also the only Arizonan who gets to be one of the voters on the TONY awards. She shares her experiences during this year's TONY voting in New York City. Thursday, June 7 .
'Lion King' celebrates its homecoming
The musical, which kept the Old Pueblo enthralled for several weeks last year, is celebrating its 10th anniversary, and the South African run has been called a homecoming for the show whose score, choreography and story all have roots in the country. .
